Custom DTF Transfers

Rabine Designs is excited to bring to you custom DTF transfers. You now have the ability to have your artwork printed as a DTF transfer, thus taking away the hassle of vinyl and the high minimum requirements of screen print transfers! Choose to have 1 or 1000 transfers printed. We do not have a minimum or limit!

You provide the design, and we'll deliver your completed transfers. All you need to do is press it to your shirt using a commercial heat press for the best results!

DTF Transfers work with cottons, polyester, poly/cotton, tri-blends, viscose, 50/50 blends, spandex, nylon, leather, denim, plain wood, canvas, faux leather and more.

Our prints are made using the latest technology, ensuring stunning and vibrant colors and amazing washability. Our transfers are easy to apply and ready to ship within 1-2 business days.

Please note: We do not make or press t-shirts for customers when ordering a DTF transfer. We supply you with the transfer to make the shirt or items yourself. You will receive a ready to press heat DTF transfer when purchasing this item. What you see in the custom uploader is exactly how we will print your file. We will not make any alterations to your uploaded file, what you upload is what we will print.

STEPS TO ORDER

• Step 1: Verify that your artwork/file is the exact size you are ordering and proper resolution. We recommend uploading 12" x 12" or larger in size and 300dpi without any margin around the design. What you see in the custom uploader is exactly how we will print your file. We will not make any alterations to your uploaded file.
• Step 2: Verify that your file is the following format: PNG with transparent background.
• Step 3: Use the customizer tool to crop your design if needed (how you see your design in the preview is the exact size we will print)
• Step 4: Verify that your cart has correct sizes and quantities and submit your order.

**This reference is based on recommendation, please measure all garments/items before choosing size.

HEAT APPLICATION

• Prepress garment to remove excess moisture.
• Be sure to place the transfer on the shirt's vibrant side up, facing you.
• Pressing Temperature: 315°F-325°F
• Pressing Time: 15-20 seconds
• Pressure: Medium-Firm 8-9 PSI
• Peel: COLD PEEL (after first press)
• Cover the image with parchment paper or a teflon sheet (to protect your heat press) and press again for 10-15 seconds.

**DTF transfers require a commercial-grade heat press due to the high, even pressure needed for the correct application. You cannot use a Cricut heat press or at-home irons. DTF needs even and heavy pressure to seal in the print.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Do not dry clean.
• Machine wash cold with mild detergent.
• Dry on low setting or hang item to dry.
• No chlorine bleach.
• Turn garment inside out.

We recommend that all DTF graphics are washed inside out on a cool cycle. You can hang dry for longevity or use a no/low heat tumble dry. The less heat used during the wash will reduce the amount of wear that any graphic will eventually have and keep your pictures vibrant!

We are not responsible for damaged transfers after you have pressed them. Please ensure you are knowledgeable with your heat press, pressure, and peeling technique. This includes using non-commercial grade heat presses or irons to try and use our transfers.

Please upload your digital artwork / design file in a "ready to print" format, ensuring that it is prepared in the chosen image size. Your artwork should be at least 300DPI. You can group together multiple images within the chosen size.
